Details: Purchase Contract SupportHow to choose
A lease review suits a document not yet signed. A restoration consultation suits a claim already received. Purchase contract support suits a transaction already underway, from the important matters explanation through to handover.
Where a situation touches more than one of these, that is common — the initial message is the place to mention it, and the scope can be discussed before any work begins.

On value
Each price reflects the document work involved rather than the outcome of any negotiation, which cannot be promised in advance. Payment is arranged after the initial outline is reviewed and the scope is confirmed.
Questions before deciding
Do I need to have all documents ready before contacting the office?
No. A short outline of the situation is enough to start; the document tray for each matter is listed on the relevant offer page.
Can matters be handled without an in-person meeting?
Most matters proceed entirely by email and scheduled call. An in-person meeting can be arranged in Hiroshima where preferred.
What if my situation doesn't match any of the three offers exactly?
Describe it in the initial message. Building management association matters and boundary questions, for instance, are discussed individually.
